PA6 plastic (polyamide 6) is a kind of high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic, which has excellent mechanical properties and durability and is widely used in many fields.
I. Definition and Basic Characteristics

PA6 is synthesized by polycondensation of caprolactam monomer, which belongs to polyamide polymer compound and has crystalline structure.
physical features
Density: about 1.15 g/cm, light weight and good toughness.
Mechanical properties: high strength, high rigidity, excellent tensile, compressive and bending strength, and higher hardness than ordinary plastics.
Heat resistance: the thermal deformation temperature is about 160°C, and it can be used stably at 150°C for a long time.
Chemical stability: resistant to acid, alkali and solvent corrosion, but with low water absorption
