EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) plastic particles have the following characteristics and wide application fields:

The density range is 17-130 kg/m, which is lighter than EPS, EVA and other materials at the same foaming ratio, and has excellent compressive, tensile and impact resistance.
Excellent buffering and energy absorption performance
The closed-cell independent cell structure enables it to absorb and disperse impact energy, with excellent cushioning performance, and is suitable for safety protection components such as automobile bumpers and helmets.
Wide temperature range
The working temperature can reach -40ºC to 130ºC, and it can resist high temperature above 110ºC in a short time, meeting the extreme environmental requirements.
Environmentally friendly and recyclable
Non-toxic and odorless, 100% recyclable, and only produces water and carbon dioxide after combustion, which conforms to environmental regulations.
Thermal insulation and sound insulation performance
